2026 Summer Reading Lists

Adult Summer Reading (Ages 18+)

Pick up an Adult Summer Reading Bingo sheet at the front desk.

Complete reading challenges to fill in the squares on your Bingo sheet. If one book qualifies for multiple squares, you may fill in each qualifying square.

Complete a row or column and bring your Bingo sheet to the library to choose a small prize (magnets, buttons, prize books, etc.). You may continue working on your sheet throughout the summer to earn additional prizes.

Complete the entire Bingo sheet and redeem it for an exclusive Newtown Public Library tote bag.

June 19 through  August 15

Explore Delaware County libraries this summer and discover the world of dinosaurs along the way! Visit participating libraries throughout the county, complete your game sheet, and collect exclusive dinosaur trading cards.

Each library features a special Journey Across Delco poster. As you visit, use the poster to fill in the missing bone on your game sheet and help complete your dinosaur skeleton.

The more libraries you visit, the more dinosaur trading cards you’ll collect. Challenge yourself to visit as many of Delaware County’s 28 public libraries as possible and see if you can collect all 28 cards before summer ends!
