Key Reservation Policies

The room is available on a first-come, first-served basis but can be reserved online (see below) up to 60 days in advance.

Reservations may be made for up to 3 hours per day, with a maximum of three active reservations at a time.

Reservations are held for 15 minutes after the start time and will be cancelled after that. Rooms must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and repeated last minute cancellations may affect future reservations.

The room cannot be used for birthday parties, showers, weddings or other personal events of this nature.

Although use of the room is free of charge, a voluntary contribution to the Library would be appreciated.
